• Late Mr. Ajit Vithal Pangam: Managing Director

A first-generation business leader with 25 years of experience in Real Estate. He had a passion for excellence, innovation, and creativity. He started his career in 1991 as a Developer of Chawls in the Mumbai suburban district. Later on, he built many residential and commercial buildings on a partnership basis. 

His vision of “Affordable houses & Slum free Mumbai” has been the guiding principle for our organisation.

• Siddesh Ajit Pangam: Managing Director

A science graduate from Mumbai University with great operational skills to plan and execute all the plans. Powered with a unique vision, he took a global approach to the company’s function and management. Thanks to him, our way of working has evolved, and our projects now get completed in a seamless manner.

• Manoj Babubhai Dhodi: Managing Director

An interior designer from Mumbai with expertise in planning and designing projects. There are no demands regarding the space, ambience, and storage requirements that our managing director cannot take care of. He knows all the aspects of real estate deals. Every project’s unique requirements are met due to his incredible knowledge and expertise.
